Gletschersonne
Offering Alpine-style apartments with rustic wooden furnishings, modern elements, and free WiFi, the Gletschersonne is located 300 metres from the centre of Uttendorf. In winter, a free ski bus stops right in front of the building and provides connection to the Weißsee Gletscherwelt Ski Area, which is 17 km away.
The apartments all come with a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette, a dining area, and a bathroom with bath or shower and toilet. They feature flat-screen cable TV and some have a balcony with mountain views. On request, fresh bread rolls can be delivered every morning at a surcharge.
Barbecue facilities are provided at the Gletschersonne’s garden, and there is also a bike storage and a ski storage with ski boot dryer. Boulder facilities can be used on spot and boulder equipment can be rented as well.
Ronny's Burger Restaurant is located on the ground floor of the building. A supermarket is 300 metres away.
An indoor and outdoor pool can be found in Mittersill, which is 6 km from the Gletschersonne. A golf course is 4 km away, while cross-country skiing trails, tennis courts and a public lake are within 500 metres.
The Uttendorf-Weißsee Guest Card is included in the rate and offers several benefits such as free guided snow shoe hiking tours and a discount on ski passes in winter. In summer, it offers reduced admission to a public lake.
