Hotel New Kawachiya
Guests at Hotel New Kawachiya can refresh at the outdoor public hot-spring bath, which is located at the top floor and offers mountain views. Free Wi-Fi is available at the public areas and ski equipment can be rented on site. A free shuttle is available from JR Shinano Omachi Train Station, which is a 15-minute drive away and must be reserved at time of booking.
Air-conditioned rooms come with a TV, a fridge and an electric kettle with green tea bags. Guests can choose to stay in rooms with Western beds or in rooms with Japanese futon bedding on tatami (woven-straw) floors. Japanese Yukata robes are provided for all guests and rooms come with an en suite bathroom.
Massages can be requested for an extra cost and local gifts can be purchased at the souvenir shop. A public indoor hot-spring bath is available as well and a karaoke room is on site. Luggage storage and photocopying services are offered at the front desk.
