Rooms at Utopia are decorated in a traditional style, and guests sleep on a tatami (woven-straw) floor in Japanese futon bedding. Green tea with a thermos of hot water is provided, as is a TV and a low table with floor cushions. Bathrooms and toilets are shared.
The property is a 15-minute walk from Nozawa Onsen Station and a 10-minute walk from Nozawa Onsen Arena. On-site parking is free.
Skis can be stored on site, and lift passes are sold at the reception. Skiwear and snowboards are available for rental, and there is a drying room on site.
