A design residence set a 3-minute drive from Sesto, Residence Koenigswarte offers views of the UNESCO-protected Sextener Dolomites. It features panoramic apartments and free use of the Family Resort Rainer’s pools and sauna, under the same ownership.
Koenigswarte Residence has won various architecture prizes since 1992, when the main building was built. Featuring a mountain-view balcony or access through the garden with BBQ, apartments have modern Alpine-style furniture. They include a kitchenette, seating area with flat-screen TV, and fully equipped bathroom.
On request and extra charge guests can have breakfast or dine in the nearby hotel’s restaurant. Breakfast includes sweet and savoury produce such as eggs, bacon and cakes as well as fresh fruit and yoghurt.

The Croda Rossa ski slopes are right in front of the property. Ski pass holders can board at no extra charge the ski bus leading to the Mount Elmo ski area, set 2 km away.
