The apartment has a private entrance on the top floor of the building, while the host family lives downstairs. The interior features arched doorways and ceilings with wood beams. With a balcony and full kitchen, guests can also enjoy a flat-screen TV and DVD player.
The estate produces extra virgin olive oil, as well as other fruits, vegetables, and herbs. With views of the castle of Montecchio and Cortona, guests can play table tennis and use BBQ facilities on the property. The pool comes with a diving board and outdoor furniture.
