Sant´Ansano is a semi-detached house from the 18th century, surrounded by the Vinci vineyards and olive groves located in a hamlet 3 km from the centre of Vinci, 22 km from the centre of Montecatini, on top of a hill, in the countryside.
The holiday house is a 6-room house on 2 levels, on the ground floor, renovated, furnished living room with satellite-TV with exit to the terrace. Open living/dining room with open fireplace with exit to the terrace. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher) with open fireplace. Upper floor: 4 double bedrooms, each room with shower/bidet/WC.
Swimming pool (6 x 12 m, depth 140 cm, 05.05.-29.09.) with outside shower, table tennis, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Equipped central heating, washing machine.
Shop 3 km, railway station "Empoli" 9 km. Golf course 25 km, tennis 5 km, riding stables 4 km.
