This luxury holiday home is in the heart of the village of Savines le Lac. The home enjoys views of the Lac Serres Poncon recreation lake. The home was built in 2007 and has two floors. The home is the Les Hautes Alpes region. It is near the cities of Gap and Briancon and in the heart of the largest National Park in Europe. The area is famous for its beautiful scenery and its walking routes. water sports and winter sports.
Suitable for 8 people, the home is in grounds of 900 m2. There are two large terraces. one of which enjoys views of the lake. The garden has a bowling alley and you can enjoy the gas BBQ. The holiday home is walking distance from the baker, butcher and supermarket. There is a market in the centre of Savines le Lac every Tuesday and Friday in summer.
The Quatre Mains offers electric heating and an open plan kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a freezer. The living room has a fireplace, sofa/bed and a satellite TV as well as a DVD player and a stereo. There is Internet access on the living room.
