For our clients we have a beautiful newly built villa, on the south-eastern side of the island, in a unique and panoramic location, just 50 meters from the small sandy bays Felciaio, that can be easily reached on foot and at about 500 meters from the famous sandy beach ofLido di Capoliveri. The house is brand new and equipped with every comfort, located in a quiet and private location, just meters from the sea. The living area consists of large kitchen, well equipped with large fridge, oven and microwave and a small living room with a very comfortable and large corner sofa and TV.
